Q-Does Reflexology hurt?
A- No Reflexology should not hurt. While there may be some Reflex areas that are tender or feel a bit of discomfort during the treatment it should not hurt. This is usually do to an imbalance in the body and many times when investigated a bit further you can make the connections.
